Fellowship programme

  • FELLOWSHIP FORM (in English) FOR TRAINING IN DENMARK to be filled in duplicate and endorsed by the Danida programme/project and possibly an Embassy Desk Officer.
  • FELLOWSHIP FORM (in English) FOR TRAINING IN THE REGION OR NATIONALLY to be filled in duplicate, supported by the Danida programme/project and endorsed by an Embassy Desk Officer


  • ST1 APPLICATION FOR A RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR STUDENTS from the Danish Immigration Service (only for fellows staying in Denmark for more than 90 days) to be filled in by DFC (part 2) and the fellow (part 1). The form should be forwarded to the relevant Embassy with passport, 2 passport sized photos and a copy of marriage certificate (if applicable)


  • DECLARATION OF HEALTH (in English) to be filled in by the fellowship holder (Part I) and a general practitioner (Part II). The declaration will be treated confidentially, and is to be completed none earlier than 4 months and forwarded at the latest one month prior to study start.
  • REQUEST FORM FOR TAILOR-MADE COURSES to be filled in by the Danida programme/project and forwarded to DFC.


  • REGISTRATION FORM FOR POTENTIAL STUDY PLACES (in Danish) to be filled in by study places who want to be included in Danida Fellowship Centre's database of study places in Denmark. The database's purpose is twofold. It is used to record the general competencies of the study places as well as to register which courses the study places wish to tender for.
